Shipping & Returns
RETURNS:
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was received. It should also be in its original packaging.
To finalize your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS:
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm that we’ve received the item. We’ll also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received your refund yet, please start by checking your bank account again.
Next, reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be fully processed.
Then, contact your bank, as there could be a delay on their end in posting the refund.

Any sale items are final sale. Only regular priced items may be eligible for a refund.

SHIPPING:
To return your product, please email info@psalmandsoul.ca for instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please be aware that international shipping carriers cannot guarantee delivery times when you place your order. Transit times may vary, especially due to customs processing. Psalm & Soul is not responsible for any additional customs fees, tariffs, delays, or duties that may arise on international shipments.
